Without community, there is no liberation… but community must not mean a shedding of our differences, nor the pathetic pretense that these differences do not exist.

The Gathering: Where women come to Gather, Ground and Grow

You don’t have to walk this path alone.

Come as you are. The Gathering is a space for women to slow down, sip on something cozy, and share real conversations about womanhood, healing, and growth. Each month, we explore a new theme—from self-trust and boundaries to embodiment and belonging—guided by reflective questions and group dialogue.

Whether you’re craving community, new friendships, or a deeper sense of connection, The Gathering offers a warm and welcoming space to be seen, heard, and supported.

What to Expect:

  • Gentle guided discussion around monthly themes
  • Reflection prompts and journaling
  • Optional embodiment or grounding practices
  • Connection with like-hearted women

RSVP required (space is limited).

Suggested donation: $10–20 to support the space and materials.

Healing Happens in Community

You were made for meaningful connection.
The Gathering is a monthly women’s circle where conversation, reflection, and community meet. Come as you are—bring your stories, your laughter, your questions. Together, we sip, share, and remember that healing happens in connection and that we are never alone on the journey home to ourselves.

What to expect

Wild Embers is an 8-week in-person group designed to nurture both individual healing and deep community connection. Each week follows a gentle rhythm of grounding, learning, and integration. We’ll begin with presence-building practices and intimacy exercises to help you feel safe and seen within the group. Then, we’ll explore a theme connected to womanhood—like body wisdom, boundaries, burnout, feminine archetypes, sexuality, or hormonal health—through guided conversation, somatic practices, and supportive education.

Each session ends with a reflection or simple practice to take into your week, offering space for deeper integration and transformation. Over time, you’ll find yourself not only growing as an individual—but forming meaningful, lasting bonds with the other women in the room.

This is more than a group. It’s a space to be known, supported, and reminded that you’re not alone.

Is Wild Embers For You?

  • Do you feel disconnected—from your body, your story, or your sense of self?
  • Are you carrying mother wounds, whether as a daughter, a mother, or both?
  • Are you exhausted from always being the strong one, the caregiver, the perfectionist?
  • Do you crave meaningful connection with other women in a space that feels truly safe?
  • Are you moving through a major life shift—grief, transition, spiritual awakening, or identity change?
  • Are you curious about practices like somatic healing, ritual, or feminine embodiment?

If you’re nodding along, this space is for you.

Whether you’re just beginning your healing journey or deep in the work, you are welcome here.

Come as your whole self—not just the parts you’ve learned to present.

Investment

The full 8-week experience is offered at $800, which includes all weekly gatherings, guided practices, printed materials, tea, and gentle between-session invitations to deepen your journey. We’ve intentionally priced this offering to reflect the value of sacred community, expert facilitation, and embodied healing—while still remaining accessible.

If you’re longing for connection, growth, and a circle of women to walk alongside, this is your invitation.

Each group runs for 8 weeks, with one in-person gathering per week. Sessions are typically 2 hours long and include teaching, guided practices, group sharing, and connection-building activities.

Groups are typically offered seasonally (around 3–4 times per year). You can view upcoming dates and sign up to be notified when new groups open by clicking the button above.

This is a therapeutic group, but it is not a substitute for individual therapy. While led by a trained mental health provider and deeply supportive, this space is designed for connection and guided healing—not intensive clinical processing.

Not at all. Whether this is your first time in a healing circle or you’ve walked this path for years, you’re welcome. All levels of experience are embraced.

This group is a sacred space, and we hold clear norms to protect its integrity:

  • Come when it’s hard. If something feels off, bring it in. The pull to stay home is real—but so is the healing that happens when we show up anyway.
  • Confidentiality is key. What’s shared in the group stays in the group. No discussing others’ stories outside the circle.
  • No judgment. We practice compassion, curiosity, and respect for every woman’s journey.
  • Be on time. Starting together helps us build safety and flow.
  • You get what you give. Vulnerability creates connection. Share at your own pace, but know that what you offer shapes what you receive.

These agreements help us build a brave and nurturing community where real transformation is possible.

We understand that life happens. That said, the sacredness and depth of this group depend on the consistency of each woman’s presence. Before signing up, please check your availability to ensure you can commit to the full 8 weeks. While missing a session  is okay, there are no recordings, and your presence matters. If you do need to miss one, we’ll offer gentle reflections to help you reconnect with the group’s rhythm.
